NO, once a user or server has been blacklisted the bot will be unresponsive to that user or will leave the server if invited.
All usage is monitored and breaches of our Rules and Terms of Service are automatically detected in the most parts and will not be reversed in any event, user added blacklists will be done by discussion first and only in the event of a full vote will this be actioned and this will also be treated the same.
You may discuss your blacklist with an Admin or Staff Member but in most, if not all cases, these are final and will not be reverted on request.
