Bots, Services, and Servers

This privacy policy applies to the following entities:

Terminology

• Server Manager – Anyone with permission to add/configure the bot.
• Server Member – Anyone in a server where the bot is present.
• Service User – Anyone who logs in via Discord OAuth2.

Data Collected By Command

The following items may be collected and stored when intentionally provided by a user (usually via a command). This data is never collected automatically.

• Identification Information (User ID)
• Server configuration settings
• Event‑organization data (contests, giveaways)
• Date of birth (for birthday features)
• Reminder/AFK/automation data
• Saved references, URLs, or text (tags, playlists)

Data Collected When Enabled

These items are collected automatically only when a Server Manager enables specific features:

• Interaction counts (leaderboards)
• Role IDs
• Channel IDs

These items are collected automatically when certain security or moderation features are enabled:

• Message content flagged for moderation (spam bursts, unsafe links, forbidden attachments)
• Message metadata (attachments, embeds, components)
• URLs scanned via Google Safe Browsing
• File attachment URLs scanned for safety

Where enabled, the bot will track and log message content only when necessary for moderation, security scanning, or anti‑raid protection.

Data Collected Automatically

This data may be collected automatically to support bot functionality:

• Date and time of last activity
• Date and time of account creation (for anti‑raid checks)
• Emote usage counts
• Server permissions (cached temporarily while the bot is running)

Data Collected via Authorization

This data is collected when logging in via Discord OAuth2:

• Username, Discord ID, Avatar
• List of guilds your account is connected to
• Guild permissions (to determine dashboard access)

Data Storage

All stored data is kept on protected servers using secure, password‑protected databases such as PostgreSQL. While all reasonable security measures are taken, no system can ever be 100% secure.

Data is stored only as long as necessary for bot functionality, moderation logging, or server configuration.

Feedback

Feedback (comments, suggestions, bug reports) may be used to improve the bot or services. By submitting feedback, you forego any rights to its content or usage.

Agreement

By adding any of the bots to your server or using the website/dashboard, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Server Managers agree to inform their members of the Discord Developer Terms of Service and the contents of this document.

If you do not agree to this document:
• Server Managers may remove the bot from their server.
• Server Members may leave servers containing the bot.
• Service Users may revoke OAuth authorization in their Discord “Authorized Apps” menu.
